General Terms and Conditions for Using Aida & Habib Law Firm’s Services

First: Introduction
Welcome to the official website of
Aida & Habib’s Law Firm.
These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between the Firm and users of its services through the website. By using the website or submitting any service request through it, you expressly and legally accept all of the terms stated below.
Please read these Terms carefully before using any of the Firm’s online services.
Second: Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:
1. The Firm:
This refers to Aida & Habib’s Law Firm and all its branches within and outside the Arab Republic of Egypt, including its legal representatives, consultants, and authorized service providers.
2. Service Provider:
Any natural or legal person (establishment, office, company) contracted by the firm to provide legal, technical, or executive support services that contribute to the completion of the client’s legal procedures, in accordance with the quality and confidentiality standards adopted by the firm.
3. Client:
Any natural or legal person who contacts the firm electronically through the website and expresses their desire to authorize the firm to undertake a specific legal procedure, provided they submit the necessary documents and authorizations and agree to the Memorandum of Understanding (Letter of Intent) sent to them via email.
4. Territory:
This refers to the Arab Republic of Egypt, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
5. Client Password:
A unique identification code generated for each client after the application is registered. This code is used to ensure data confidentiality and secure tracking of legal transactions.
Third: The Mechanism for Providing Legal Services via the Website
After receiving the client’s application through the website, the firm conducts an initial review of the application and the accompanying documents.
The firm sends the client a letter of intent (Memorandum of Understanding) via email, outlining the scope of work, required legal procedures, and any missing documents needed to complete the transaction.
The firm does not initiate any legal action until the following conditions are met:
The client agrees to the general terms and conditions;
The client accepts and signs the Memorandum of Understanding (Letter of Intent) sent by the firm;
The required legal documents are submitted;
The agreed-upon deposit of legal fees is paid.
Upon fulfillment of the above conditions, the firm sends official confirmation of the commencement of the requested legal service.
Each service request must include a primary and a valid alternative contact number.
The firm is committed to providing services according to the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality, and in compliance with the laws regulating the practice of law in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The client is required to pay 50% of the total legal fees upon commencement of work, in addition to government fees and administrative expenses. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the procedure and before receipt of the final documents. If the client withdraws from the agreement after the commencement of work, the firm is entitled to retain 75% of the total agreed-upon legal fees, in consideration of the work and professional effort actually performed.
Fourth: Confidentiality and Data Protection
The firm is committed to maintaining the complete confidentiality of all data, information, and documents provided to the client, and will not share, circulate, or disclose them except to the extent necessary to perform the service or as required by law.
The client’s password is used to ensure the security of transactions on the platform and is considered a professional secret that may not be shared or disclosed to any third party.
The client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their data and not sharing it with any unauthorized party.
Fifth: Intellectual Property
All legal texts, content, forms, wording, designs, and materials published on the Aida & Habib’s Law Firm website are the exclusive intellectual property of the firm.
It is prohibited to copy, republish, distribute, or use any part of the website’s content or legal forms without the firm’s prior written consent. Any infringement of the firm’s intellectual property rights entitles it to take the necessary legal action in accordance with applicable Egyptian and international laws.
Sixth: Limitation of Liability
Legal services are provided through the online platform within the framework of the legal consultation or representation agreed upon in the Memorandum of Understanding sent to the client.
The firm assumes no responsibility for any misuse of information or forms available on the website by users.
The firm is not responsible for delays resulting from the client’s negligence in submitting documents or providing the required information within the specified timeframe.
Seventh: Amendment of Terms and Conditions
The firm reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time in accordance with legal, technical, or procedural developments.
The version published on the website is considered the valid and authoritative version, and the client’s continued use of the website after the publication of amendments constitutes implicit acceptance of those changes.
Eighth: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The Cairo Primary Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising from or related to the application of these Terms and Conditions, with priority given to amicable settlement before any legal action is taken.
Ninth: Client’s Acknowledgment
The client acknowledges having read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions, and that their use of the website’s services constitutes their express and binding acceptance of all the provisions contained therein.
